recommendations of camper van hire places?

I am planning a week with me, DS1 (9) and DS2 (7) in a camper van in July. I did some web surfing last night. All the companies promising to give me a price in 24 hours have failed to reply, which is not promising. Can anyone recommend a company? I know I should phone but I have a pretty full on job, and phoning lots of places in working hours isn't going to happen, really.

In an ideal world, I'd want to pick up and drop off somewhere in SW London. The DSs have in mind a van like the one Ben 10's grandpa drives. I was hoping for something a little easier to manoeuvre.

We are going to stay in the UK with this vehicle. We are going to catch up with all sorts of people I haven't seen for ages because I am not ever just passing Shropshire or Wigan or Stranraer en route to somewhere else. My cunning plan is that in many cases I will be able to sleep in a bed in a house, and the DSs can snooze in an adventurous manner in the van. However if plan A fails, so often my experience of life with children, I need a van which is actually big enough for us all to sleep in.

These people are lovely, I spent an age talking to them at the motorhome show thing at Excel a couple of months ago and they very patiently answered all my stupid queries. The vans are lovely and shiny and have some great features like table and chairs that slide into the door (I'm easily pleased). They are based in Forest Hill so south east London but not too far round, and easy to get to as their depot is right on the south circular.

I haven't used them yet but fully intending to book as soon as I can steel myself to camp with a toddler and a baby.
