Hi,

We are driving down to Annecy this summer and are looking for a B&B/roulotte to stay in for one night on the way down/way back - somewhere between Calais and Reims (ideally about 1.5 - 2 hours drive out of Calais).

Can anyone recommend somewhere to stay please? Would need secure parking since we would have the tent, etc in the car and bikes on the back, hence we were thinking of a more rural location rather than the town. 2 adults and 2 young children, sharing a room would be best.

Thanks in advance!

Have you considered giverny? We stayed there a couple of weeks ago. Very quiet and beautifuu quite apart from the gardens. 80 euros for b and b on rue des juifs and a really goodhotel for dinner

Hi there,

Thanks for the recommendation, it looks really nice but unfortunately the wrong side of Paris for us! We are coming down the A26 from Calais to the French Alps, so are looking for something about 3 hours south of Calais (~Reims).

Will keep looking, if there are any other recommendations, please let me know! thanks
