Don't own one, but I'd go stainless. Aluminium scares me

ProcrastinationAteMyMorning · 08/06/2012 23:26

stainless steel

ifeelloved · 08/06/2012 23:28

Why would you choose stainless steel over aluminium?

I read something (years ago) about aluminium being linked to Alzheimers so I don't use it for any kind of cooking tbh.

ProcrastinationAteMyMorning · 08/06/2012 23:33

yeah, 1/2 remembered associations with alzheimers here too.

ProcrastinationAteMyMorning · 08/06/2012 23:38

alzheimer's society - nothing proved but research ongoing

I read this in a half asleep state and wondered why I was being viewed as an expert on metals.

Water boiled in aluminium tastes horrible, IMO.

Well I seem to have order 3! 1 aluminium that I'll send straight back and 2 stainless steel, one of which will also have to go back - doh!
