Looking for a campsite with climbing trees near a beach

Can anyone recommend a campsite with trees for my kids to climb that is close to a beach. Am looking around Norfolk, Souh East coast and down towards Dorset - we live near London and want to stay within 2 hrs 30 mins.

I also really want to avoid booking a site which expects me o pay on booking or a huge deposit.

Nowhere to recommend but I'm keen to see what is recommended, sounds a great idea!

Kelling Heath or Breck Farm in N Norfolk have woodland, and are close to beaches, but not on a beach.

And not within 2 and a half hours unless you live v close to the bottom of the M11.

How about this one? It is great for trees and a short cycle/ drive to beaches.

Thetford forest camping and caravanning site I would imagine has plenty of trees to climb and also has an on site Go Ape. Not near a beach however.

Clippesby Hall? Has a tree in the middle of 'Cedar Lawn' and a nice woodlandy feel.

High Sand Creek in Norfolk has brilliant climbing trees and is right on the marsh, so close to the beach (well, marshy-beach) & lots of lovely beaches in driving distance.

High Sand Creek also in a brilliant location.

But it takes me a minimum of 3.5 hours from S London to N Norfolk.
