i am going here

vendee

it has two smallish pools, 3 lakes and a uge play area for the kids. They do some evening entertainment, but it is all fairly low key. There are about 160 emplacements, so it isn't too big. the bar is in the old stable block and has a nice feel of faded elegance.. The capsite is in the grounds of a chateux.

Our tent is 7m by 3 and they had no probelm with takeing us for this year.

We went there 2 years ago with carvas holidays and it is a very nice site, very strict about quiet hours

What kind of site do you want? been to many and most allow you to take your own tent. Stayed at Baden - camping Mane Guernehue a coupleof eyars ago which was gorgeous. Walking distance to the village with butchers, bakers, PO and a restauarant (all fab) and the pool complex is the best I've seen at a campsite - excellent for toddlers and good slides too! Food at restauarnt and take away was excellent, quiet and peaceful site with 3 fishing lakes and near a field with donkeys in , and a large fenced off area for some goats. Loads of playa reas and a bouncy castle. have to drive to abeach but on Golf of Morbihan so loads fo sailing trips available. beautiful towns nearby and all had mini trains you could go on to see round the town - guess what we did repeatedly?! Also been to other sites elsewhere but this is my favourite - it was ideal for the children! Loads of people with own tents and vans
