Recommendations for family camping table?

Can anyone recommend a good table and chairs set?
I am looking at Tescos one with all linked chairs and this one with benches. Anyone have a preference either way or know a better (but not mega expensive) one?

We've been camping as a couple for years and have all the "stuff" from backpacking and festival going. Now have been camping with two kids and again have pretty much all we need. We usually sit on the ground to eat but I am thinking it would be nicer to sit at a table ... so any help from people in the know gratefully received.

do report on the hinges, will you? the tesco one i sent back was similar design.

Will do. Although my knowledge of hinges is scant and I am not sure if I know a good one from a bad one!

Ah so glad I didn't rush out and buy the blue Tescos one - thanks all.
I think I'll keep the scabby loaner we have and wait hopefully for a sale save up for the Vango one.

We have the decathlon one. Had it about a year, no problems. It is sturdy and no one has fallen off the stools.

Aitch - yeah...little one's were ok, a bit whinny lol but that was to be expected Wink

This is the Argos table and chairs - seemed loads more robust that the blue plastic one from Tesco. No one fell off, and it certainly didn't buckle beneath two small 3 year olds!! However, is a bit pricey at nearly £80 !! Shock

Yikes Wolfgirl - meant to say glad they were all okay mostly.
