Help need a small campsite / wild camping / field Northumberland for DH's 40th Bday!

My DH announced a couple of weeks ago that he wants a wild camping style/ mini festival type get together thing for his 40th birthday weekend in mid-August, he had reserved the perfect site in Northumberland, however a couple of days after requesting a site visit they have told us it's no longer available!!?!...

We've already started sharing the idea with family and friends and done some basic planning etc. I can't identify a suitable alternative place, we reckon there would be around 20/30 tents + shelter / party tent etc. Ideally we'd like at the very least a private area / field with loo and water supply. It won't be riotous ( its a 40th!) as there will be kids and grandparents but we would like a firepit/BBQ/ music etc. if possible

Please can anyone suggest anywhere?

DH is gutted, as am I :(

We would consider anything within about a 1 hour drive of Hexham

I know someone went to a wedding held on a campsite next to the George at chollerton. They had big marque and everyone camped out. Know its not wild camping but maybe an option?

There is a tiny cerified site at budle bay nr bamburgh, over looking the bay/holy island ect who I think also have a rally field ..... Not actually stayed but have walked thru it and its a beautiful setting, might be worth a call....
