Hi,

Have put this in the Preg forum too, but was wanting advice from people who camp too please!! Am in the early stages of pregnancy and we have a holiday to France booked, where we will be camping. I will be 26-30 weeks pregnant by then and we will be in France 3 weeks. We will be driving, so no planes to worry about.

It is not my first pregnancy, so I am hoping all will be well. Would you go? Do you think it will be ok? I camped for one night in my last pregnancy (2 days before due date) and had the best nights sleep I had had in a long while. I know we are planning to go for 3 weeks, which is a bit different, but am hoping it will be ok. We have a little bucket with a lid for night times wees that we use anyway for the kids, so that wouldn't be an issue.

I would go prepared with my notes, adequate insurance and the details of the nearest maternity hospital. Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated! Thanks Smile

I went at 29weeks and managed fine.

Ensure adequate insurance and as long as everything remains low risk in your pregnancy you should be ok.
