I LOVE IT I really do...... got my bonus this month - I can't decide whether to buy a new bathroom suit or a new tent......

is this tent as super as I think it is?

theres just me, DH, 2yo DS and a bouncy labrador in our family at the mo but hoping to be up duffed sometime this year so thinking it might be a tent we can grow into!.......

what do ya reckon? :)

my friend has similar tent and loves it, so go for it

Slubberdegullion · 27/03/2012 12:52

I think that is a very smart tent.

chipmonkey · 27/03/2012 14:20

Very clever design. Isn't a bathroom suit just being nekkid anyway?Wink

I love ALL tents.... But that one is particularly fine

Lovetats · 27/03/2012 14:27

I love it. And want it too! Go for it and have lots of happy holidays!

imnotmymum · 27/03/2012 14:30

lovely tent and similar to ours and we love the big living space. Oh I want to go camping !!

Blu · 27/03/2012 14:48

It's very enormous. But certainly very fine. Is it possible to use it just with the bedroom part and the two back beds up? With one child, even two small ones, you won't need all those beds up, so for short trips could just use the back section without the one bedroom? Is that the idea?

It wouldn't suit us as we tend to go to woodland sites and there is no way it would fit. Will it count as a big tent on sites that allocate bigger pitches?

MrsMc82 · 28/03/2012 13:05

Hi Blu Yes thats the plan - that we could just take the bedroom bit without the 3rd bedroom in if we wanted to (which would be approx same amount of room that we have in the old tent atm) but if we want to we can zip the front bit on too for extra huge living space.............

......OK I think I'm going to order it...... nearly did and then had a pang of guilt re bathroom Suite (or Suit haha! its blue - yes blue and v v old and v v grotty and I hate it.......... but i'm not sure if i hate it as much enough to not buy new tent!!!) we have currently got this tent www.ukcampsite.co.uk/tents/p/Easy-Camp-Taranto-500/633 so it'd be abit of a step up! ;o) Esp since we didn't air very well after a wet lanashire weekend and the inner tent and has gone a bit foisty in one corner................

Deciding factor is going to be getting the old / maybe mouldy tent out tonight and seeing how bad it is and if tips from this thread might fix it or if I can justify the new fancy pants one (that I love soooo much.........maybe more than DH ;) !!!)

With that degree of flexibility it is indeed an excellent tent. And good to have the option of loads of living space if you need to zip little ones in to play when it's raining etc.

OOOhhh I like that tent too. I was looking at a Bell tent for next year but I keep making the mistake of looking at other ones and liking them too!!

HipHopOpotomus · 28/03/2012 15:13

oooh a tent with a hallway! very flash :)
I like it.

MrsMc82 · 29/03/2012 21:18

I've ordered it eeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkk!!!!

Sod the bathroom - have put up with it for 2 years since moving in - and we're hardly going to be at home now between now and october seeing as i've got a fancy pants new tent on the way so sure i'll hardly notice the grotty bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!

yay to new tent-ness!! :o :o :o
