Recommendations for tent site in Gower?

We are hoping to book a week in the summer, but are struggling to find a nice place along the gower or perhaps near porthcawl for the beaches.
It must have electric hook up, decent loos/showers and a play area.

Everywhere I've seen on uk campsite has less than glowing recommendations and I'm worried!

Can you recommend somewhere? We're not too fussed about having a bar or restaurant, but the play area is a must- mm recommendations carry so much more weight than other online reviews!

hmmm all the times I've been camping my chaps have been happy hooking up with DC in neighbouring pitches, bats balls frisbee etc, or if other children not available bikes/playing with adults in our party/playing together. What i'm trying to say is don't discount a site without a play area

we like Kennexstone great showers, nice owners, good shop electric hook up]]

That's a good point Boys- we are hoping some friends will be joining us too so perhaps they won't need the play area.

Llangenith is fantastic...toilets and showers are immaculate, good wash up station, small play area and football field, 5 min walk to the beach... Very windy though.
