Best places to wild camp in Scotland?

We have a small camper van (Bongo) and are thinking of taking it touring around Scotland this summer. We will stay at campsites mostly, but would like to have a few nights' wild camping - maybe beaches? Can anyone suggest some fantastic locations?

Knoydart peninsula. As long as the weather is nice...and bring plenty of Avon Skin so Soft :)

Er, you can't drive to Knoydart....walk in or boat.

I was going to suggest Lochinver way too. Or Harris or Lewis if you fancy an island,
