I could just write my camping wishlist down on a bit of paper for my eyes only, but where's the fun in that? My list is really very long - it's only my second year camping and there is a lot of Learning From Last Year's Mistakes.

** Cooking and eating set up. Last year we made do with a single burner and one of those rubbish table with chairs attached. and that was it! so i am looking to go wild with a DOUBLE burner. and a kitchen stand type thing. And a table to eat around. MIL has dug out a cooker, stand and table from her garage so maybe won't have to shell out on them.

** A double aerobed. DH and I have a single each to make a lovely kingsized when pushed together. Bought the kids a rubbish kids one each - a kampa thing? Thought sod it just buy a big aerobed and we can all chop and change as is the way with a 2 and 3 year old.

** Pie Iron. Double square (ta Blu)

** DD needs a sleeping bag, and a lantern.

** Some hanging storage - for my new old frame tent. And some hanging storage for back of (unconverted just a bogstandard old MPV) Bongo.

Come list with me!

I did actually buy a new/bigger car last year purely so I'm able to transport a bell tent. Blush

Our chairs are too low for our table, or the table is too high for the chairs, not sure which. Anyway I need to find a solution for this.

That's it really.

I'm going to get a Delta Dog Tie (scroll down) and that is it. Nothing else, nadda, nil.

I have a picture on my profile of a 40l tekster with my feet for scale. (nb I have big feet size 8)

Bother, just been to pick up windbreak from Argos and they offered the most crap substitution Sad. instead of having 7 wooden poles, they tried to fob me off with 5 mega-thin crappy plastic ones.

Oh well, the search continues...wooden windbreak poles, anyone?

I neeeeeed......

An electric cool box
Ehu
Fairy lights
Windbreak
Roofbox and rails
Maybe a small outdoor table
New water carrier

Any recommendations appreciated Smile

I need new chairs for all 4 of us, a left handed zip Muscovy xl pod sleeping bag and that's about it.

I've had to quell the camping fix by booking lots of trips instead. Currently have 23 nights booked in our tent, 7 in a eurocamp safari tent and 2 in a normal eurocamp tent.
