Where to camp at Easter? (with a campfire)

any recommendations?
we're in the S.E but we are not averse to travelling a fair distance for the right place.

have 3 small boys who need entertaining so near to something interesting is good (beach, piles of rocks, a mountain, rivers etc)

we have a bit of a monster tent, so no teeny campsites that won;t let us in lol

I'm in the S.E. too and planning to camp at St Margarets campsite near Woodbridge at Easter with my son. There are beaches/castles nearby and the site hires firepits.

It will be the earliest in the year we've camped so I'm hoping it's not too cold.

Have heard good things about Blackbery Wood, Sussex - but it is expensive

yeah we looked at blackberry wood a few times after getting the cool camping book but it seems to get booked up immediately adn we've never been able to get space!

will have a look at st margarets too, thanks

happy... we camped in october half term and everyone said we were mad but it was great!
we had thermals, and fleecey sleepsuits and were fine all night. kids were toasty warm. we all slept in one bedroom to keep it warmer too

last couple of years easter has been warmer than may half term so fingers crossed for another early warm spell!

We go to longthorns farm (just Google longthorns Dorset ) it is near sea, next to monkey world. No marked pitches and campfires welcome.

It is the most relaxed lovely place with plenty of space and woods for children to play. We keep going back as nowhere better.
