Can't belive the deal - a return crossing Dover to Dunkirk - with our caravan!!!! - for £68! In August! On DFDS site was £146 which I thought was fab, but through the caravan club was even cheaper Smile. Makes it worth joining the caravan club just for a cheap crossing!!

its costs us that to get from the isle of wight to the mainland (sometimes!)

Brilliant value isn't it? I booked same crossing week before last for whitsun for £58 with a code from the caravan and boat show. Now Tesco-shopping whenever poss to get the clubcard points together to pay for an August Eurotunnel crossing. Two trips to France for less than £60 for 2012. Bargain. In 2011 we paid £150 for an LD lines crossing in June and a lot more in August for Easyjet for 5 plus car hire. Now I just need the discipline to put the money saved into the savings pot rather than on another trip!

Ooh, I'm very impressed!

It was cheaper than just taking a car and no caravan Confused
