anyone know how to revive my now squashed flat three season sleeping bag?

well just that really. It's a fairly decent Vango three season bag, admitedly a few years old, but for some reason it's now virtually flat and no 'fluffiness' (well what else d'ya call it?!) at all. Hence not as warm as it used to be....and that's important cos I'm a wuss person who feels the cold. Any ideas?

Is it feather or synthetic?

Have you washed it?

wash and tumble dry?

It's synthetic, and yes I've washed it but no improvement. Didn't tumble dry it though.

check before you tumble dry, some covers melt in the heat [bitter experience]
if you can tumble it with dryer balls or tennis balls and no heat I would try that.
