Campsite in non hilly area within 2 hours of Liverpool!

We are looking to go away for a few days (with our caravan), but as DD has just started riding her bike are looking for a site with loads of bike trails nearby which remain pretty flat. Any suggestions?

We are off to Delamere Forest later this week, there are two campsites close by. One is a C&CC site which I think is actually part of Delamere Forest, the other is just 2 miles away. Plenty of flat walks and cycle paths, your little one would be fine on and Chester is only about 5 miles away too with plenty to do there.
