I have looked everywhere I can think of but there is no sign.

Any ideas?

I don't remember leaving them at the last campsite last year.....

They are in the bottom of the icebag, going nicely mouldy, where they've thawed out and you forgot they were in there.

Oh no, hang on, that was mine! Grin

bigTillyMint · 19/07/2011 20:13

No, sadly not there.

Ours were found in one of the spare coolboxes, how they got there as it is a naff one we never use I don't know

reelingintheyears · 19/07/2011 20:17

I was going to say did you leave them in the camp shop's freezer.

I nearly did that once.

SherlockHolmes · 19/07/2011 20:20

In your freezer? That's where I keep mine anyway.

bigTillyMint · 19/07/2011 20:25

Sherlock, great name for this thread Grin

No there are only 2 in the freezer - I have 6 in total. I don't think they were left in the campsites freezer - I don't think the campsite we were on last even had a freezer Grin but in anycase, there wouldn't have been 4 of them in there.

They aren't in the loft or under the stairs or in the cupboard where we keepa ll the camping crockery, etc, or under the bed with the tent......

Have you leant them to someone?

SherlockHolmes · 19/07/2011 20:30

Elementary, my dear TillyMint. Kitchen cupboards? Picnic bag/basket from last year?

bigTillyMint · 19/07/2011 20:35

Not leant them to anyone.

Not in any kitchen cupboards as far as I can see.

Not in the cool bags / picnic rucksack.

They are well and truly lost!

Abandon the search. Instead freeze 1 litre milk bottles and use them. They stay frozen for ages. When you come back you'll find the ice blocks you were looking for when you put your stuff away.

bigTillyMint · 21/07/2011 15:35

I agree whitecat - big forzen bottles last much better, but most campsites won't let you put them in the freezer Angry and we are going for 18 days!
