Child Friendly Pub/Restaurant with playground etc near Portsmouth

Does anyone know of a good pub/restaurant maybe wacky warehouse style or with a playground in or near portsmouth. We'd like to try and wear the kids out a bit and eat a good meal before boarding our overnight ferry in portsmouth next week, so they sleep well on the boat!

I would go for a walk and meal around gunwharf Quays. what time is your ferry?

then you must go to gunwharf, so much choice for eating from burger king, tappas pizza express zizis, indian, Chinese etc. outlet shopping, bowling, millenium tower, boats to look at, very child friendly atmosphere all day and evening especially for eating, I think fireandstone often do a kids eat free. and its a short drive to and from the international ferry port.
