I'm looking for something like this - preferably right on the beach, maybe close to Wissant.

Me too - I drove past one recently, somwhere between Audreselles (?) and Boulogne, it looked as if it was within the dunes, and I cannot find it on the internet.

Have a look at Camping L'Indien at Wimereux - we looked at it as a possibly for an overnight stop but ended up at Bien Assise instead as it had a pool and was closer to the tunnel - not cheap tho.
Can highly recommend the aquarium Nausicaa in Boulogne and there is always Flunch in Cite Europe for lunch.
off to swimming (as per) but will brb
