Just bought a Folding Camper so what next? Where shall we go?

We've got a 1998 Conway Cruiser and it's coming on Saturday morning. Can't wait to put it up and have a play.

We will be joining the CCC and I think we should book up some holidays. Any recommendations where we should go? DH likes leafy sites with nooks and crannies, rather than the big open fields with rows and rows of tents/ caravans. DC love to ride their bikes around and be able to roam freely and safely. A playground would be great and toilets. I think we could manage without showers. It's camping after all. Grin

Thanks.

For the first time I would go to a site very near home; that's what we did, just to make sure that everything was in order and that we wouldn't look stupid when we went on our big holiday. We put up the awning, skirts, curtains, made sure the sink and cooker/grill worked. We had to work out how the poles in the awning went, too, as we didn't have any instructions.

We went Saturday early afternoon and took a few hours to check everything out, stayed overnight and then came back home. We also made sure we knew exactly how to pack up the awning, too.

You'll definitely have fun wherever you go. Folding camper = good choice.

Thanks. It's old so needs a bit of sprucing up. It's just another house to put cushions in. Grin We are near the New Forest so could pop to one of the sites there. Need to try and predict the weather now!
