All-in-one sleepsuits for 3-4 year olds for cold nights?

I've just (rather impulsively!) booked a few nights at Lincoln Farm Park nr Oxford (anybody been there?) for the week after it. I know that the weather is very hit or miss at that time of the year but the evenings and nights are guaranteed to still be cold.

Does anybody have any tips for keep us all warm? My children are 3 and 4. We have warm sleeping bags but I'm thinking of the evening time before bed and last minute trips to the loo as well. I'm wondering if there are some kind of extra warm fleecy suits I can still buy?

I hope I've done the right thing booking but I wanted to get another "camping famliarisation trip" in for the children before 2 weeks in France in the summer!

We got an age 4-5 fleecy sleepsuit for my dd2 from Asda before Christmas - and Primark were selling them too right up to adult sizes!

I've already been looking for my 3yo and have had to resort to ebay as they don't seem to be in the shops now, it's all spring/summer stuff. My DS also has some nice soft thermals from M&S which could go underneath on really cold nights.

Thank you! I think it's bikini season now in the shops (brrrr!) so I may be too late. I'm watching some on e-bay too. I hope we won't end up bidding for the same ones! :-)

I really want to get the whole family all in one fleece suits from here and customise them as farm animals. Not sure I'll convince DH though!!

Mothercare had some fleecy sleep suits up to age 6 when I went in at the weekend, or I've bought from ebay before.

I cannot get ds4 to wear a fleecy sleepsuit. He is 2 and point blank refuses! They would be so good for camping too.

We've just bought a couple from Tesco (dd is a tall 3yr old and we got 4-5 for her). I've seen them in Sainsbury's too. The supermarkets all seem to stock them.

saw these advertised in my camping mag...

How about the fleecy Pjs? Primark still had some left. Then could be worn with slipper socks.

Thank you all! I am particularly tempted by the ones from the all in one company. For me! I couldn't quite see my husband in them (and keep a straight face!) but they do seem rather appealing and snuggly for me.

We used to get them from mothercare upto 7-8 but now use primani fleece pj's over a cotton pair and a vest and thick socks.

Good luck and happy campingSmile.
