Trailer tent...is this a good bargain and would you recomend them?

Friends have asked if we would like to buy their trailer tent...we went camping last year in a crappy tent...and theirs looked good when they had it up for the kids last summer...they asked £150 and I said I was interested but would check with DH before commiting.

It's in good condition etc...are they hard to store? What else should I consider before buying it?

Very good value unless it is a 1960' model!

Parents had one and it was stored in the garage. You can buy a rack to store it on its side so it takes up less room

Don't know about storing it with no garage though!

Oh I don't know what make...I will find out. don't think its 60s! It looks kind of modern-ish.

I did, I now have a folding camper, I didnt like having to always set up awning with trailer tent, especially when my LO is young and runs off alot!
