sleeping bag liners - recommend some

Off to camp in the desert and need two of the above for DS and I. Can anyone recommend good make that isn't too expensive?

Silk is supposed to be the best but I made my own from an old duvet cover. I'm not camping in the desert though

I was told to just line with a fleece blanket as it does the same job.
