Outwell Vermont XL - just want to say.....

We have just got back from camping, and the last night was monsoon rain! So thought we would be washed out or swept away with the winds. But not one drop came in, and we were as secure as a house.

This was our brand new - first time used tent, and we were more than impressed with. Quite pricey, but it will last us for years now.

Well recommended, if you are looking for space and good sleeping quarters.

We've got the Vermont L, and it's stood up to some horrendous weather this year - highly recommended too!

Just got back and had 2 nights of similar weather ie continuous all night wind and torrential rain(and I do mean torrential). The village our site was in had a mini river running through it apparently.

We have the Vermont XL and not a drop anywhere and solid as a rock, very impressed Grin!!!!

We were dreading getting up incase we found carnage.

Our neighbour had the Vermont L and were bone dry too. They came back from the pub dreading what they'd find as they could hear people piling stuff into cars.

Really pleased with ours layoutwise too,it's perfect for our family of 5. Had a couple of afternoons in the tent and the space was brilliant.

Great feedback. We have Vermont L and have been lucky enough to have good weather. I always moan that it's so huge but we bought it with bad weather in mind. Off to France next week for first longer trip (only done 5 nights max so far) with new larger family of 5 and whilst I am hoping for great weather, it's good to know it will do us well if the weather turns.
