Oh, except the pegs are plastic - what's that all about then?

Which one have you got? I got a pop up Outwell Alderney in the end of season sale last year. Used for first time last weekend complete with blue plastic pegs. Pegs were fine fortunately.

Plastic pegs are fine - have just used a Outwell Montana 6 with those - all ok.

Get back on to the supplier or outwell asap - poles not fit for purpose etc.

DH rang Yeomans (who we bought it from online) and he's going to pop into their local shop next week to have it restrung. (An intelligent solution which we are pleased with, but now we'll be hoping it doesn't happen again with another.)

It's a Hartford L. Massive inside and lots of lovely little windows and curtains.
