Has anybody been here? I've just looked at the website and it just seems perfect - but am I missing something?!

it's pretty good. we've been 3 ish times. depends what you are looking for. it's got allocated (but good sized) pitches, is next to a fairly quiet road, lovely cafe onsite, lots of area's for kids to play (a train). toilet blocks good sized and clean. good pub 5 min walk away.
we were happy there, but depends what type of camper you are.

Haven't camped there but go there for the day sometimes. nice woods, good play areas and little train v popular. Close to several towns...can let you know which are nicest if that's helpful Smile

Not camped there but live nearby and love to take boys there for the day. It's set in a lovey ancient woodland which is managed properly. The little train runs through the woods at weekends/holiday time and is very cute. Lots of lovely walks for small children. Great wooden playground near campsite, other play areas not too far. Now has a decent coffee machine in the cafe. Can't think what more you could want from a campsite, unless you are a wild camper or prefer a compost bog!

Sounds what we are after - if the children are happy then I am happy!!
