As a complete aside, inspired by your good self, I did a full roast on the Cobb last week. Beef, spuds, carrots, parsnips, yorkies, stuffing and gravy. It was all very good.

And quinoa as itb soaks up the sauce and makes it mroe filling

Where do you get this smoked paprika from then? I have never seen it. I need to widen my cobb repertoire. I did roast chicken 3 times in 2 weeks.
