Campsite?

Hi all.

Been looking through thousands of potential campsites and thought I would instead ask on here for a recommendation.

I have decided to take my 6yr old daughter camping next week, we will not have a car which makes things a little harder, so if I post what we need from a site - hopefuly some of you may be able to give us some ideas?

We need the following:

Walking distance to a station or a station with a taxi rank a short drive away.

A mini market shop on site or within a short walk.

Somewhere nearby to have a meal, perhaps a pub or restaurant etc.

That's it really. We're quite happy to walk or use buses/taxis to do things during the day. An onsite pool/playground etc would be nice but definitely not essential.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Starbuck.

Ooops. Forgot to say where....

Well we are in the SE so anywhere in Kent / Norfolk / Suffolk / East Sussex / West Sussex even Dorset would be lovely.

Durdle Door, Dorset, shop, good value bar for food on site, walk to the beach and there is a summer bus that runs between Swanage and Weymouth picking up at the campsite.

Found this but no idea how good it is

East Fleet in Weymouth has a bus from station; maybe give them a try?
