Is it worth it if it's seems like it will rain...

..for much of the camping trip? Due to go in 10 days and really am not holding out much hope at all weather wise. I think if it rains we wil sit in our tent feeling miserable/spending lots of money doing activites in the warmth.

If the forcast is rain, rain, rain at the time we are going should we just cancel?

which area are you going to and for how long?

Thinking you should be 'at the ready' and just go if you have 3 or 4 good days ahead. would be better than setting off in the pouring rain for a week or so and spending the whole time sweeeping water out of the tent.

Norfolk for 1 week. SO far weather report deos show some rain the week we are there but this far ahead it's not reliable.

ok, so would it be a problem to be 'ready' but just leave if the weather improves?

Have you booked a campsite and paid?

Could you head somewhere else where the weather is better instead?

Booked and only paid a £10 deposit. Imagine if we did find somewhere else at short notice it would rain too. Will get everything ready but have a back up plan of things to do around home if it doesn't seem worth going.

Is it a long journey from where you live? Perhaps you could find a back up site nearer home and then at least you would get the camping in, and could get home if it is really bad.
