Hello MN. I'm hoping someone can help me work out how to log servings of recipes I've made in the My Fitness Pal app.
Here's my question:
- say I make a pot of soup and record the recipe, noting that it serves four
- I then have one quarter of that pot of soup for a meal.
- when I log the soup for my meal, do I log it as one quarter of the recipe serving?
- Or do I log it as ONE serving of the recipe, as I've already noted down that the recipe serves four?
I do hope this makes sense! Will be very grateful for an answer. It's driving me crazy and making it hard to log.
