Anyone tried to calculate their home made chicken buillon/stock for calories?

I make my own by just boiling bones and then pot it up, when its cold its a jelly. Its not liquid

I just chuck spoon fulls into whatever soup Im cooking

Is it worth trying to calculate, I dont bother skimming off the fat as such but theres no fat layer on top of the pot.

I counted mine as 25 cal per 100ml. Imho basically impossible to say on homemade one so just went with reasonable average
