What are your slow cooker top recipes

For quick and easy dump and run dinners for families? We don’t like fish or lamb but other meats and veg are welcome.

1kg chicken thighs - I usually cut the fat off and cut into slightly smaller chunks, but you could skip this
half a jar of Pataks Rogan Josh curry paste
1 can coconut milk
1 chopped onion
frozen chopped garlic and frozen chopped ginger (couple teaspoons each)
100g ish mango chutney (optional)
couple tablespoons tomato puree (optional)
half teaspoon salt

stick it in slow cooker, stir then Low for at least 6 hours. Yum!!

Strangely enough OP I’m not a big lamb fan either but one if the best things I’ve made in a slow cooker was indeed a lamb ( very lean chunks) and rosemary stew with herb dumplings ! Kitchen smelt amazing

Scott Baptie has zillions of good ones with very minimal hands-on prep. I like his Brazilian Chicken and Cashew Pork.
