Calorie Counting & Nutrition Tracking – Nutracheck vs Foodhak?

Hi everyone,
I’ve recently started calorie counting again and am trying to be a bit more consistent with tracking what I eat — not just calories, but also nutrients like fibre, calcium, protein, etc. I’ve also been trying to keep an eye on my sleep and energy levels to spot patterns.
Just wondering — has anyone tried both?
Which do you find more useful or accurate for daily nutrition tracking, not just weight loss?
Would love to hear your thoughts!
Thanks! 😊

I find the database on Nutracheck better than I did on MFP. Although it's been a long time since I tried MFP so it may have improved! They sometimes do trial deals. I'd see which one is cheaper to try for a month and go from there!

Thanks for the suggestion! MFP isn't really in my budget at the moment, but I’ve been seeing ads for Foodhak and it says it’s completely free to use — so I’m thinking of giving that a try first and seeing how it goes!

I’m using MFP free version but off to try Food Hak now

I've been using Food Hak for the past four days and I'm really impressed! I find it much more user-friendly, and the built-in meal planning feature is a big plus. If you're looking for something simpler and free, it's definitely worth checking out.

@Rhea123 I’m looking at Food hak and can’t see how to access free anything?

I’ve been using Foodhak for a few days and everything’s been free so far. Logging meals, scanning barcodes, and even using the Assistant (which handles the meal planning side) have all been available without needing to upgrade. Maybe you’re on a different screen or version? Let me know — happy to help if you’re stuck!
