I'm not very good as skipping breakfast as I have a busy life. So I have a slim fast milkshake. It's quite a low calorie breakfast and fills me up until lunch.

Not having certain foods in the house.
Intermittent fasting (stops evening snacking).
The biggest one I think is the food logs and how many calories something has in it. So I ask myself do I really want this cake which is a third of my daily allowance?
Meal planning so all the food I need is intermittent house I'm not going to resort to high calorie freezer food (same with batch cooking always having a healthy meal in).

Also intermittent fasting.
Avoiding food shopping on a Friday, when I tend to think fuck it, it’s the weekend and fill the trolley with wine and crisps.
Having a box of chopped up veg in the fridge for when I just want to munch on something but am not hungry.

Not buying things I know I'll eat.
Having plenty of fruit in and planning my meals out and recording them on my Nutracheck app.

I bought some shorts in the sale in January and try them on every few weeks. This week they did up ( I dare not sit down in them though)
they are a size smaller so it’s a real motivator

Drink water and then drink more water

I try not to ban myself from anything, just have much smaller amounts.

Like chocolate, I'm not a massive fiend for it, but I do fancy it occasionally so I bought a box of those Lindt balls. 84 cals each I think. Just one is enough to take that edge off and much easier to say no to than "just another square"

Obviously if you just couldn't help but eat half a dozen of them don't do it 😂
