What's your favourite salad dressing?

I want to drop out the salad cream and mayo, and dress my salads with lower calorie dressings.

I usually put lemon, olive oil, salt & pepper, then a bit of salad cream and too many crispy onions 🙈

I've got olive oil, balsamic vinegar, malt vinegar, dijon and ancienne mustard, garlic, lemon and lime, sea salt, fresh black pepper.

I'm having tuna tonight and want to avoid tuna mayo too.

Balsamic, splash of olive oil, splash of orange juice, twist of pepper and a sprinkling of mixed dry herbs.

I could drink it.

Ok thanks, I'll try that, I was going to get oranges tomorrow anyway.

Balsamic with oil and lemon/orange/lime-whichever goes best with everything else.

Natural yoghurt, mix with dash of mustard, lemon juice and worcester sauce. Throw in some parmesan to thicken it up x

Fruit vinegars, like a strawberry or an apricot one.

Balsamic glaze, fewer calories than the creamy ones. I also use Pizza Express light dressing sparingly

Balsamic

I use a stick blender to mix and keep in a jar in the fridge. I can barely keep enough in the house.

I dressed the tuna with s, p, vinegar.

The salad: salt, pepper, dried chilli, a tiny bit of olive oil, balsamic vinegar.

Then I added a tbsp of crispy onions, a tbsp chia seeds and a few drops of apple cider vinegar.

Tut, meant to say you can adjust the amount of oil in the dressing above, it's very pungent and creamy so a little goes a long way.

I like Tesco French Style Dressing x

I'm thinking of a spicy peanut/satay sauce today, but that isn't very low calorie 😂

Lighter than light mayo, some pickle juice and low sugar tomato sauce. Makes everything taste almost like a big Mac 😂

That sounds, um, interesting 😂

I like the Pizza Express Light dressing (it's not super-low in calories though!)
