Seriously. Can someone please help me, explain it in simple terms?
How the hell do I work out how many i should be eating to be in a deficit?
Ive done SW and while it works, id much rather do a calorie deficit and know what i was doing. But as much as i have read online, and downloaded myfitnesspal, I cant seem to get a handle on it.
ANY advice would be greatly appreciated indeed.

I think I saw it on Instagram by a fitness person. It’s helped me lose nearly 4 stone.

You have to recalculate periodically as you are losing as it will change. Then, when you get to target, work out the TDEE again and use the maintenance calories to maintain your target weight. Good luck!
