I’m really struggling to stay under 1200 calories a day.

Please give me some recipe inspiration!

How about the omelette wraps you see all over tik tok. I do them for lunch when I'm at home and they fill me up,all day.

1 egg, beaten, into omelette pan. As it starts to set, a low calorie wrap placed on top.

After a minute, flip it over. Add your fillings (I do 25g low fat cheddar, diced tomatoes and onion.

Then fold it over and put it on your plate.

Do you really need to be in such a deficit ? Which calorie calculator have you used to get 1200 per day? If it's the mfp one they give that to loads of people who want to lose 2lb a week. Why not try a slower yet more sustainable weight loss that lets you enjoy life more? 1200 suggests you are already thin or very sedentary

I’ve started having Covent Garden soups for lunch as they are really filling but low calorie lunch that’s low prep in the morning (something I struggled with).

I eat under 1200 too as I don’t seem to lose if I eat more.

Hot and sour soup - it's mainly broth with a very veg and maybe some tofu. I always find watery soups along with 2+ litres of water a day can help.
