I'm around 5'5 in height, and I'm weighing in at 14st 13lbs currently. Honestly it makes me feel sick, and I'm three months away from being thirty years old :/

I would love to lose 2 stone before my birthday, but I lack motivation, and binge eat in the process. Has anyone got any good tips to stop the binges alongside calorie counting? I feel like when it's time I can finally sit down for the day I just have the urge to eat a load. How has anyone overcome this? I can be great at calorie counting then I throw it all away :(.

Can we maybe help motivate each other? Does anyone else have a milestone to reach in time for a certain date?

Last month I started on the 18kg (minimum) that I need to lose to take me to 60kg. I've been preplanning, drinking a lot of water, and filling up on veg before eating the main meal. I'm working on the chocolate cravings, still just not having it in the house is my main technique.

My husband turns 40 at the end of august and I've booked a nice restaurant, that I want to wear my altered wedding dress to. I've lot 4kg I've got to lose another 5kg to get into it I think (hope).

I ended up joining noom, mainly as accountability so I'm hoping the not wanting to waste the money will help keep me motivated as this is my fourth start this year.
