Currently 9 days postpartum with my last baby, I only gained 1 stone 4 this time thankfully as I was already 6 stone over weight, not weighed yet and more than likely still holding a lot of water as had a c-section.

Going to weigh in the morning anyway and get started on CC, will work my calories out and add 400 as breast feeding.

Last time I did CC I lost 3 stone hoping to lose it all this time!

Feel free to join me Grin

Hi, I'm 10 months down the line. Just about back to pre pregnancy weight which was too heavy🙈
currently sat at 12st 2lb. Ive always hovered around 12st. Don't have a particular weight that I'm aiming for. Will just keep going until I'm happy......

@Mrsmch123 welcome Grin

I weighed today and lost 0.6 pound, didn't have a great week as ended up with tonsillitis!

Does it count if I'm 11months PP 😆

I put on 37lbs (2.5stone ish) when pregnant. Went on a diet a few weeks PP (also had section and was bloated with water for quite a while!) and lost about half of my baby weight. Am now exactly a stone away from my target, but I've been stuck here for most of the year and haven't been able to get my head in the game.

This week I decided enough was enough and I just need to get it done! Have been calorie counting all week and doing a little more exercise too.

Can I join? 10 months pp. went from 99kg in early pregnancy to 115 🙈 and was back at 99.5 until calorie counting started last weekend. Breastfeeding so making some allowances to my limits.

I would like to get to 70-75kg but am aiming in 5kg increments at the moment. First goal 94.5.

Checking in, hit 88.5 yesterday! 11kg off
