Anyone point me to sensible carb/veg/protein accounts/ratios per meal?

I need to lose the three stone that I lost a few years ago. My mental and physical health isn't in a great place, I just need to get on and be sensible.

I know I need to up my fruit/veg but am eating far too many carbs. I'm waiting to see the Dr about starting HRT too as having a really bad time of peri/menopause (am 46).

Are there any resources/websites/IG accounts that show what good plates of food should look like?

Thanks

I don’t know about websites but I’m a similar age to you and I hired a personal trainer/nutritional coach and she advocates eating what you want (to avoid slipping into old habits when the weight is lost) but ensuring daily calories stick to a ratio of 40% carbs, 30%protein 30% fat. I use nutra check to set those goals and work out my meals but my fitness pal would also do it.
