@coffeeandtoffee1 how hungry are you?

laughoutquiet · 11/05/2021 19:46

@coffeeandtoffee1 Snap! But I was thinking of not eating them to help make up for my last Sunday's indulgence.

NutellaEllaElla · 11/05/2021 19:49

Maximum sweet treats would be two meringue nests (50 each), light squirty cream and strawberries.

Or Aero chocolate mousse (about 80 cals a pot), plus berries

Popcorn if you have an air popper thing.

NutellaEllaElla · 11/05/2021 19:49

2 fondant fancies

denverRegina · 11/05/2021 19:53

An omelette

Hollyhead · 11/05/2021 19:53

I’d power through and not eat them.

coffeeandtoffee1 · 11/05/2021 19:55

I might try and power through ...... I'm not really hungry it would just be eating through boredom!

@NutellaEllaElla

2 fondant fancies
I came on to say exactly this!
VaccineMcQueen · 11/05/2021 20:06

Are fondant fancies only 100 cals each?!

Mind. Blown!

NutellaEllaElla · 11/05/2021 20:10

Yes but the challenge is that there are 8 in a box. Grin

freeez · 11/05/2021 20:12

Ice cream mars bars are only 140 calories.

NutellaEllaElla · 11/05/2021 20:17

And they are sooooooo good.

laughoutquiet · 11/05/2021 20:27

I lied.

I just had a mini red velvet cupcake BlushGrin

coffeeandtoffee1 · 11/05/2021 20:43

It's easy for me to say I won't have them only because I don't have any fondant fancies in the cupboard , otherwise I'd be -600 calories Grin

Mini magnums, depending on type, come in at about 140

Golfbuggy76 · 11/05/2021 20:53

Just discovered chocolate covered rice cakes! 86 cals each!

reesewithoutaspoon · 12/05/2021 13:16

Something sweet

solero ice creams under 100 cals and the mango/tropical ones are lovely.
mini bags of cinema sweet popcorn 53 cals
caramel snack a jacks 50 odd cals
Hartleys jellys 10 cals
greek yoghurt with berries and a squirt of honey
Muller light yoghurt

Savoury
ryvita with 15g cheddar cheese (grate it it goes further) and cherry tomatoes (the quinoa high protein ryvita are really tasty)
ryvita with philadelphia lightest and smoked salmon ( I weigh the tub before I take the spread out then reweigh to make sure I keep under portion size, )
packet of salt and vinegar chipsticks 70 odd cals

L0bstersLass · 17/05/2021 00:05

@reesewithoutaspoon - weighing the Philadelphia tub is genius. Thanks for that tip!

PickAChew · 17/05/2021 00:07
