I have just signed up to the free trial on noom but won’t be continuing with it as I can’t afford the lump sum to join. I need to lose a stone which I have gained since gyms closed a year ago. I exercise quite a bit but having the kids home and being a single parent made this hard during lockdown. I like healthy food but seem to have lost inspiration for cooking things and end up shoving fish fingers in the oven or making a pasta dish. I have become lazy with food.
Please help me with some meal ideas that are low calorie and low carb?
I love fish and chicken but I don’t eat much red meat, happy with some vegetarian or vegan meal ideas. I don’t like tomato based things and not keen on pulses, pretty much everything else is ok.
