Just wondering if anyone has tried this and had any success with it.
I want to lose 2.5 stone, so if was to technically lie to my Fitbit and say I'm the weight I want to be and have my calories set on maintenance, I'm wondering if that could be a successful way to actually achieve that weight?

It would depend on the amount of calories it gave you I suppose and what the difference is between your actual maintenance now and the 15-20% reduction of that amount that it would take for weight loss.
I’ve just done the calculations between my maintenance now -15% & my maintenance with 30lbs off & the difference is literally a chocolate digestive!
