I'm addicted to redbull help!

So in the past 18 months I've gone from 10.5 stone to 13 stone.

I'm 5ft 4 and now can barely fit in size 14.

My problem is, I'm addicted to redbull.

I drink 4 cans a day, I know it's dangerous, I've read every article I can think of, nothing puts me off but I'm so miserable and know that redbull is not only going to end up giving me heart damage but it's also so much sugar.

I don't eat breakfast, will binge eat around lunch and then have a normal home cooked dinner.

If I don't have any I get a terrible headache, I feel like I can't concentrate, please give me some motivation to stop this! It's also costing me a fortune.

So tomorrow get up and have breakfast instead of a red bull, even if you don’t fancy it. You can’t consume all that sugar but say you can’t eat in the morning!

The headaches will be caffeine withdrawal, it’s brutal when cutting down on coffee too, but does only last a week or so. Take paracetamol after your breakfast and tomorrow, instead of 4 cans, have 3. Split one of them in half so you still feel like you are having 4 drinks maybe?

After a couple of days reduce by another can-you don’t have to go cold turkey. The health benefits of cutting all that sugar out, and losing the associated weight, will mean in just a couple of months you will be feeling really please with yourself. You can do this!

Cut down.

So commit that for the next 3 days, you’re going to have 3 cans.

Have breakfast.
Have a decent lunch.

After the 3 days, cut to two cans.

Then 1.

Then 0.

Cutting down sounds like a good plan, that's what I did in a similar situation. Try to reduce the amount of it, but don't just drop it out immediately, it may not work as well as you wish

The airline will require an ESA letter, and Who can write an ESA letter are specific to the handler, not the animal. You may want to try discussing your situation with the airline and seeing what they can do to accommodate you.

I say go cold Turkey. You will feel like shit but it’s not heroin.
