Hello everyone, I've been dieting 9 days today I've been eating healthy, pasta,veg,fruit,slim fast shakes,crackers,salad,chicken,healthy yoghurts, I'm 122kg highest I've ever been after having my daughter and went on depo. I've done dieting before but never lost anything,I get 3 hour excise a day 30mins biking and 2.5 at work in a cleaner so always running around and I break sweat new job so not used to it. I drink 15-20 glasses of watter day as my body is always dryated and dry and I only pee 4-6 times a day Dr told me it sound less for how much I'm drinking.im getting about 500-600- calories a day as doctor told me at my weight all I need. I'm taking vitamin tablets as I started to get really weak wen started this diet and help on this please what else I can try food,classes and how to lose weight fast thanks guys 😊

I am 69 kilos and eat 1400 cals. I currently don't exercise other than walking when I need to. Ive lost 3lb since Tuesday. As suggested by others, your calorie intake may possibly be too low. Try to relax a bit and don't do too much. Drink lots of water, try to include as much fresh food in your daily meals and don't stress too much about including exercise. Weight loss is mainly about diet. Also try not to damage your metabolism by going too low with your calories for too long otherwise you may find it difficult to lose weight in the future. Good luck ☺️

Which doctor told you to eat 500 cal? Was it a GP? If yes, you need to put a complaint in. This is dangerous.
