You can create and save your own meals and recipes on MyFitnessPal (available as a website and an app). If you are calorie counting generally, then MFP is super handy for this as it has almost every food you can think of, and you can add new foods if you do buy something that isn't already in the database!

I weight as i cook and then in the end see how many portions I end up with. As pp I use MFP to save the meals.

So for example (made up, don't cook it😂)
800g grilled chicken breast - 1000 cal
400g Tomatoes - 600 cal
400g beans - 800 cal
+Spices and herbs 0cal
Makes 8 portions
150g rice per portion - 200cal each

So 2400 cal divided by 8 = 300 + 200 rice. Meal = 500.

If you put it into mfp it's really easy peasy and you don't have to calculate it yourself.
