I know someone who worked with Scott Francis. He had her on very few calories to start with and excessive cardio. Ive also heard some horror stories about him taking money and not delivering plans. If you are thick skinned he'd be ok for you, if you slightly deviate off the plan he cancels and doesn't refund. Saying that, he gets results.
