I was so good all week, I literally counted every calorie, no cheating, over estimate if I wasn't sure about something. Exercise calories come from my fitbit recording work outs.

I have lost nothing!!

I think I need to look at my food to be honest. I have been working on eat less move more, but I think now I am a healthy weight I need to look at the break down in more detail.

Cut back on fat and increase protein. (I eat a lot of cheese, butter, biscuits)

weight training and HITT continues to burn calories for the 24 hours after you have done them though, so vastly better at calorie burning overall. stick with weights but start to go heavier rather than just resistance

I enjoy the HIIT classes so will carry on with them when we get back to the gym and I think weight training will be something to focus on too.

I hate cycling, I fell off my bike so many times that I gave it away!

Try and swap those protein and fat figures around if you can and you'll notice a difference

TrudysTerribleFringe · 30/03/2020 13:28

I will work on that next, we'll depending on what food I manage to get hold of this week.

A week is no time at all. Weight loss isn't linear and weight is affected by many things apart from fat. Hormones, water retention, constipation etc. People always want to lose weight quickly and give up.whennit doesn't happen straight away. You didn't put weight on in one week so you are unlikely to lose it that quick!

And carbs/salt hoId to water - this doesn't make carbs bad - you aren't fatter - just holding onto some water!

You look great and have achieved so much.
Keep doing what your doing. You don’t look like you need to lose any more weight to me.
