I am trying to lose weigh. About 7lb from my target. I eat more than my allotted calories a few times a week but usually exercise to balance it out.
Today I feel like I have eaten everything in sight but I am too tired to exercise and balance it. I have been quite drowsy all afternoon to be honest.
So when will today's disaster show on the scales, can I cancel it out by extra exercise tomorrow?
Because I am close to my goal I think I am focusing on it all more than I woukd usually.
