Is anyone struggling in the winter?

Or is it just me?

I've been trying to shift the last 9 lbs and really struggling. I've been losing regularly all summer, and now this. I put 3-4 pounds on over the Christmas period, and I haven't shifted a pound since (or gained, to be fair).

I know my diet is reasonably healthy and also I am getting some strength exercise plus my 150 minutes walking.

In truth I'm about about 700 calories over my target every week. I can't work out why I'm feeling more hungry and I'm definitely struggling to contain it better than I am.

Is it just me or is there any explanation other than greed?? Has anyone else had this, or cracked it?

Yes, absolutely. I'm worse than you though as I'm overeating massively, feeling so tired all the time- think it's a touch of SAD.

Not sure what to do about it!

Roll on spring...

Yes it could well be, couldn't it? I definitely don't like winter.
